The CLEAR Membership event runs 12/20/22 at 9 AM PST ends on 12/23/22 at 9am PST, and winners will be notified by 1/5/23 if they were selected.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
VOUCH, INC. (“Vouch”) is the official sponsor of the CLEAR Membership promotion. Vouch is located at: 1 N La Salle St, Chicago, IL 60602.
ELIGIBILITY
Vouch CLEAR Membership promotion is open to entrants 18 or older, who are residents of the US.. One entry per company/person.
This offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to federal, state, and local laws. Entrants accept the conditions stated in these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by the decisions of Vouch, which are final and binding. Vouch employees are ineligible for this event.
HOW TO ENTER
Emails may be submitted between Monday, December 20, 2022, and Thursday, December 23, 2022, 8:59 a.m. PT. Submissions must be in English.
To submit, you must fill out the sign up form. A link to the sign up form will be available on Vouch, Inc.’s website, www.vouch.us. By filling out the form, you agree to abide by the promotion’s Terms and Conditions.
SELECTION
The first 25 entrants will be eligible for a free year of CLEAR Membership. More information about CLEAR Membership is available at https://www.clearme.com/.
Vouch reserves the right to make any and all selections for submissions and such decisions are final.
NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS
The winners will be notified by Vouch by email using the contact information included in the promotion submission. Vouch is not responsible for unsuccessful attempts to notify winners. If a selected winner is ineligible, or if a winner fails to accept delivery of the prize within 72 hours of notification, then the prize shall be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner selected from among all remaining eligible entries.
PERMISSION TO PUBLICIZE
Except where prohibited by law, by submitting an entry, the entrant agrees to permit Vouch, its affiliated companies, and sponsors to use the entrant’s likeness, and statements in any medium of communication, including but not limited to print, Internet, radio, and/or television for any purpose, including advertising, promotional, or other purposes without additional compensation in reference to this promotion.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By accepting the membership, the winners agree to release Vouch, Inc. and its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, divisions, and respective directors, employees, officers, and agents, including without limitations any advertising or promotion agency, from any liability, loss, or damages arising from the receipt, or use or misuse of the prize or prize-related activities. Winners are responsible for all taxes on prizes. Vouch is not responsible if the winner is ineligible for CLEAR Membership. No cash value. Prize is not trasnferrable.
USE OF EMAIL
By submitting a CLEAR Membership entry, Vouch may contact the email submitted for further commercial use.
